At Embro Ninjas, we believe every stitch is a mission, and we’ve equipped you with the best gear for the job. But even the best ninjas need a little backup sometimes—that’s why we offer this 1-year limited warranty. Ready to dive in? Here’s what you need to know to keep your machine running like a true ninja warrior.
1. Warranty Coverage
Your embroidery machine and accessories come with a 1-year warranty—so you’re covered from the day your mission begins. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser (aka, the ninja who made the purchase).
2. What’s Covered
Parts & labor! We cover any material defects or manufacturing issues that try to stand in your way. Our warranty doesn’t cover travel expenses, consumable components like needles and bobbins.
3. Ninja Responsibilities: Your Role in the Mission
- Service Costs: If repairs are needed, the cost of shipping or travel for the ninja tech team is on you.
- Troubleshooting: Every great ninja knows the value of teamwork. Before sending in your gear, you’ll need to go through some troubleshooting with our support team.
- Proof of Purchase: Keep that purchase scroll safe—it’s your ticket to getting help!
4. The Warranty Process
To initiate your warranty claim, reach out to our support squad. You’ll need your proof of purchase and the lowdown on what’s wrong with your gear. We’ll guide you through the repair process—swift and stealthy, just like a ninja!
5. Exclusions
Your warranty doesn’t apply if your machine has been tampered with, misused, or altered. Consumables like needles and bobbins are also not part of the covered warranty. And remember, training is crucial—improper maintenance or misuse voids the warranty.Â
