📦 Embro Ninjas Return Policy 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return your embroidery machine, we offer a limited return service within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please review our return guidelines below.

Return Process

To initiate a return, the original purchaser must follow these steps:

1. Request Approval: Contact us within 30 days of delivery. You will be required to provide photos or videos of all accessories and parts in the original wooden box.
2. Return Timeframe: Once your return request is approved, the return must be completed within 30 days, or the request will be considered abandoned.
3. Shipping: The machine must be returned to our China warehouse. Shipping costs are NOT covered, so you will be responsible for return shipping fees.

Restocking Fees

• Returns in Original Condition: Items returned in their original, unused condition will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the item price.
• Returns with Damage or Significant Differences: If the returned product shows signs of damage or differs significantly from the condition in which it was originally delivered, a restocking fee of up to 50% of the item price will apply.
• Returns Due to Shipping or Product Issues: If the return is due to an issue with the product’s quality or shipping error, no restocking fee will be charged.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued within 7 days of receiving and inspecting the returned product. We reserve the right to adjust your refund based on the product’s condition and compliance with our return policy.
