At Embro Ninjas, we ensure a smooth shipping process for your embroidery machine, delivered directly from our factory in China. Here’s everything you need to know about how and when your machine will arrive.
Shipping Timeframe
- Shipping Origin: All products are shipped from our factory warehouse in China.
- Delivery Time: After confirming your order and deposit, expect delivery between 30-60 days.
Shipping Process
1. Order Confirmation
We will start processing your order after receiving an order confirmation. A dedicated shipping agent will be assigned to assist you, and you’ll receive updates along the way. We will provide a tracking number for you to monitor your delivery.
2. Delivery to Your Doorstep
The delivery team will bring your machine directly to your doorstep. However, additional help may be required to unpack and move the machine as we do not offer unpacking or assembly services.Machine Specifications
- Weight: The machine weighs approximately 200 kg.
- Dimensions: The machine size is 900 x 900 x 970 mm.
3. Receiving Your Machine
- Be prepared to have two or more people on hand to help unpack and set up the machine, as the equipment is large and heavy.
- We recommend that you unpack the box and assemble the stand first, then carefully place the machine head onto the stand with the help of others.
Precautions
- Keep the original wooden box and packaging materials in case you need to send the machine back for any reason.
- Prepare safety gloves and tools, like a wrench, to help with unpacking and setup.
